Short version: we collect the few things you type into this site so a real person can build your preview and return your call. Nothing is sold, nothing goes to a marketing list, and there are no analytics or ad trackers on this page.

What we collect, and why

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on the callback form, we may text you at the number you gave us about that callback and your project. You are never opted in by default, and ticking it is not a condition of anything — leave it unticked and we will email or call instead.

What we never do

Who touches the data

Cloudflare hosts this site and provides the storage and bot filtering described above, acting as our infrastructure provider. Google Workspace handles our shared business inbox, and Google provides public listing lookups when you use the preview builder. Neither is given your callback details for their own use.

Keeping and deleting

To stop calls and texts, use our do-not-call form and policy. Only your telephone number is required; names and notes are optional. We keep these records for at least five years and in practice do not delete them, so a request remains honored even if a prospect or client record changes. The form uses Turnstile for bot prevention and sends no confirmation message.

Callback entries stay in our book while we work them and for our own records afterward. Want to see what we have about you, or want it gone? Email [email protected] and it will be handled by a person, promptly.
