What happens after I see my preview?
It stays a private concept while we talk through what is accurate and what you want changed. A real person finishes the copy and imagery with you, and nothing goes live without your approval.
Am I agreeing to anything by requesting a preview?
No. The preview is free, private, and creates no obligation. It is a working concept so you can judge the direction before deciding whether to hire us.
What if I already own a domain?
It stays registered in your name at your registrar. If you approve the site, we help connect that domain without taking ownership of it.
What do I own?
You keep the site, content, domain, and logins. If you ever leave, you can take the entire site with you, and we help with the handoff.
Who finishes the words, photos, and details?
A real person works with you to replace placeholder imagery, correct the copy, and confirm your business details. The machine drafts; a person finishes.
How long does a normal launch take?
Most straightforward sites can launch in days, not months, once we have your owner-supplied content and approvals. Larger sites or delayed materials can take longer, and we set that expectation before work starts.
What happens if I cancel the Care Plan?
You keep your site and domain. Ongoing changes stop with the plan, but the site is not confiscated; we can move you to the available hosting-only option after the included first year or help you take the site elsewhere.
Can you improve or replace my current website?
Yes. We review the current site, domain setup, content, and any useful integrations first, then recommend whether a focused improvement or a clean replacement makes more sense.
Will the preview show up in search results?
No. Private previews are noindex and expire. An approved live site receives the normal SEO foundations—clear page structure, metadata, performance, and accessible content—but search placement cannot be promised.
